4つのパートのYESの数をチェック
The number of YES's in the 4 parts is checked.

質問に全部答えたら、 それぞれのパートのYESの数をチェック！
When you have answered all the questions, the number of YES's in each part is checked!

上は5つ右は4つというふうに、
For example, the top one has 5 (YES's), the right one has 4 (YES's).

6つの質問のうちYESがいくつあるか数えよう。
Count the number of YES's in each box of 6 questions.

中央のグラフに結果を書く
On the center graph, the results will be written.

右のパートのYESが4つだったら、
If you have 4 YES's on the right part,

中央から外側に向かって4つめの目盛りに点をつける。
A point is marked on the 4th mark toward the outside, from the center.

他も同じように点をつけたら、4つの点を線で結べば完成。
When you mark the other points the same way, connect the 4 points with a line.
