II.C.7. Weapon Usage Limits
The following is a list of the base maximum limits for weapon lengths and weights dependent on the height, weight, and strength of the wielder.

Secondary weapons. Secondary weapons can be effectively used in an off-hand while another weapon is used in the primary hand.
Primary weapons. Primary weapons can be effectively used in a primary hand while another weapon is used in the off-hand.
1 hand. One handed weapons can be effectively used with only one hand, but are two big to use a weapon in the off-hand effectively.
2 hands. Two handed weapons can only be effectively used with both hands.
Pole Arms.
The STR Percentile Modifier should be applied to the weight limit of the weapons.
