Learning Base:
	They receive 1*MEN in Learning Points per level earned as
their racial base.  They also receive an additional 10 lp per
level which may only be spent on racially normal skill access.  This
amount may never exceed 30 however.

Senses:
	They are natural have night vision, i.e. the ability to see
in relatively low level illumination.  They do not normally see
into the infrared range of light (but see the racial advantages
available.)

Racial Abilities:
	They are normally blessed with the mageborn talent.

Aging:
	They age much slower than humans.  Wood elves are among the
most short lived of the alfar, but even a wood elf is not
considered to be a young adult for at least 45 years, and does
not enter middle age for another eighty years.

Description:
	The Alfar are a lithe, almost petite folk by human
standards.  Wood elves are short, tribal cousins of the copper
elves.  They are fairly tall for the alfar, averaging around 5'6"
for males and 5'3" for females.  Wood elves typically have yellow
hair ranging to coppery-red, but green and brown are not all that
uncommon.  Black hair is almost non-existent among wood elves. 
Light brown, light green, and hazel are the most common eye
colors, with the occasional amber or dark green cropping up here
or there.  Blue eyes are very rare.  Wood elves, like their
copper elven cousins, tend to a pale-olive complexion, given them
a faintly tanned look by human standards.

	Fairy-blood for 3 background points.
	Infravision for 1 background point.

Racial Disadvantages:
	No Magic for 3 points.
	Night blind for 1 point.
