The Perception Attribute represents the individual's keenness of sense and alertness of mind. A high Perception attribute means the individual has very sharp senses, and is apt to notice subtle things around him or her. A low Perception attribute means the individual either has weak or dull senses, or that the individual is much more concerned with his or her own thoughts than with the immediate surroundings. Thus, such an individual is much less likely to notice details of his or her environment.
