The individual's ability to retain what has previously been
encountered and learned is rated by the memory attribute.
Bonus:
- Maximum Spell Rank: The Memory Bonus is added to a character's
Reason Bonus to determine the highest Rank of Spell the character may
ever hope to comprehend or prepare.
