Sunukake Baba

From what i understand, and read from Tomodachi, Sunukake Baba, as Tasuki and Tamahome usually call Taiitsu-kun, is an ugly old woman who throws sand in the face of people walking out alone in the dark. Also, used in other translations as "Sand-throwing old woman."
